Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Support to plan and deliver the marketing campaign & media strategy to raise the profile of Air New Zealand, deliver commercial results and strengthen our engagement with both consumers and trade.
  • Support to plan and deliver the joint venture activities with Air New Zealand key partners to drive the marketing impacts in full marketing funnel.
  • Support to identify new and develop the co-marketing opportunities to maximize channel exposure and performance.
  • Implement and manage marketing initiatives to deliver an optimal user experience working with the online and digital counterpart.
  • Be involved in trade marketing activities such as the OTA co-marketing campaigns, trade event and trade engagement, etc.
  • Track, measure and review marketing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and stay on top of learnings and indications.
  • Collaborate with team members and other internal and external stakeholders (e.g. sales, brand & social, partners and agencies) to successfully support the delivery of key marketing projects and initiatives, on time and on budget.
  • Support the positive, progressive culture of the local and wider regional teams by proposing ideas and initiatives that help us to collaborate more effectively and work smarter.
  • Ensure all communications and collaterals meet Air New Zealand’s brand guideline.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements in the China Region
  • Contribute positively to and support the China team to create a cohesive and aligned team strategy and excellence in marketing performance.
